We aren’t hiring at the moment, we are fundraising. We’re looking for people who want to join, who are interested to be part of what we are doing either as named advisors or, later, full-time employees. If you are interested, please contact us to be listed as team members:

CTO: You know how to ship software on a reasonable cadence. You are used to APIs, devops, Cloudflare, serverless, service-oriented, Workers KV, Durable Objects, test-driven, going fast and light, eventually consistent, and shifting goalposts. You are a serious methodologist - you can discuss time-box vs work constraints, shape-up, bets, SAFE, and more.

Chief science officer: You know cryptography, privacy, infosec, datasec, penetration testing, non-SQL databases, semantic tech, vocabularies, JSON, XML, blockchain, multisig, data formats, standards, APIs, data interoperability, etc. Ideally, you have read Pull and can work with an architect to find next-generation solutions. Are you interested in standards? Do you serve on any standards committees?

Embedded systems specialist: You know edge computing, small OS design, Internet of Things, and other node tech.

Identity manager: We want to adopt any identity scheme that works. We will need someone who is part of the digital identity movement to help us implement and stay current.

Architect: You know data, databases, blockchain, non-SQL, serverless, and other state-of-the-art concepts.

Devops: Can you help prevent devops from eating a project and pulling it into a quagmire? We have to be fast and light. Think WikiPedia.

Community manager: Can you help us build an online community of people who are passionate about privacy, security, primacy, and reshaping the web for good?

Communications: Are you a podcast ninja, have you made dozens of YouTube videos? Do you know the algorithms, the hacks, the ways to reach out and connect with our audience? You must care about our mission and want to help us grow through social, publishing, growth hacking, newsjacking, and more.

General: Do you think you can add value to our growing team? We are looking for people who are as enthusiastic about our mission as we are. We don’t have funding yet, that’s our first priority, but as soon as we do, we’ll be looking for great people.
